Brand Manager
Location: Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, ensure consistent brand messaging and market positioning.
-
Manage product launches, campaigns, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and market share.
-
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis to ensure informed brand decisions.
-
Work closely with internal & external teams to create engaging content and materials that reflect the unique identity of the brand.
-
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels to increase brand engagement and conversion.
-
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (ROI, sales, engagement) to optimize strategies and improve results.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and procurement to ensure brand alignment and effective execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Master’s degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing from a reputable institute.
-
5-6 years of prior experience in marketing and brand management. Experience handling consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.

Proven track record of successful brand development and campaign execution.
-
Proficiency in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper for copywriting, brainstorming campaign angles, and drafting brand messaging.
-
Familiarity with AI generation software (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or AI avatar/editing platforms) to swiftly create prototypes and social media assets.
Deputy Manager EHS
Location: Port Qasim Plant, Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, environmental legislation, company standards, and management systems.
-
Support the development and implementation of EHS programs, including safety training, hazard assessments and emergency response planning.
-
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents. Prepare reports, find root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
-
Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
-
Conduct regular EHS inspections and ISO audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
-
Prepare and present EHS performance reports to management. Track key performance indicators and keep records of EHS activities and incidents.
-
Manage emergency preparedness activities, including fire prevention, firefighting systems, emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and crisis readiness.
-
Find potential EHS risks and work with management to develop strategies for risk mitigation. Monitor and assess risk factors and implement control measures.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams on new projects, equipment installations, energy management system and operational activities to ensure EHS requirements are integrated into business processes and continuous improvement efforts.

Oversee the implementation of waste management practices and programs. Ensure proper handling, segregation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, and Safety.
-
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH (IGC), OSHA) are preferred.
-
Minimum 07 years of experience in EHS roles, with at least 01 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
-
MS Office and basic SAP knowledge are essential.
-
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, ISO standards, and best practices.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Deputy Manager Maintenance E&I
Location: Port Qasim Plant, Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing of PLCs, motor drives, and other electrical/electronic equipment in coordination with the Line Manager and shift teams.
-
Lead maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs, planned maintenance, and adherence to safety and EHS standards.
-
Initiate and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction projects to optimize KWH usage and maintenance expenses.
-
Manage spare parts inventory, prepare requirements, and support inventory optimization to control costs.
-
Supervise, train, and motivate the electrical & instrumentation team; organize technical sessions and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
-
Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) for recurring or critical issues and develop action plans to achieve zero downtime.
-
Perform risk assessments and promote reliability engineering practices across all electrical and electronic systems.
-
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs, team performance, and project progress regularly to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
-
At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
-
Strong expertise in PLC programming, servo systems, machine automation, motors and control systems and network systems.
-
In-depth understanding of electrical power systems, including HT/LT, transformers, UPS, generators and solar systems.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
